sustaining assistance to the indigent and job training and placement for able
bodied clients without regard to religious preference, political affiliation,
sex, race, handicap or other classification.

Free Job Referral Service
The TFCI Job Bank is a program that matches an employer's job needs with willing and capable workers at absolutely no cost to either the employer or the employee.
The Texarkana Friendship Center and its supporters believe that life is comprised of a circle of work, rest and worship. If a person doesn't have a job, their life is often seriously limited or wasted. To that end, we are inviting all local and area employers to consider the Job Bank opportunites at TFCI.
Here's how it works:

An employer contacts the TFCI and places a job order. Full-Time, Temporary or even part-time jobs are welcome. |
| 2. |
Upon receipt of a job order, the Job Bank staff at TFCI will make an extensive effort to provide employers with quality people to fill their job needs. |

The Job Bank staff at TFCI contacts the employer with the prospective employee and relays pertinent information that connects the prospective-employee with the prospective-employer |
